As a Senior Executive, IT Infrastructure, you will involve and assist in the implementation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. You will contribute to the development of IT architecture, security, operations processes, and governance frameworks, while providing operational support for laptops, firewalls, switches, and other infrastructure appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure systems and solutions
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for laptops, firewalls, switches, and other IT infrastructure
  • Liaise and coordinate with IT vendors on maintenance, upgrades, and project matters
  • Ensure standards and quality assurance are met across all deliverables
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to switches, firewalls, and laptops
  • Manage IT contractual and procurement activities
  • Handle system administration, including user accounts and access management
  • Provide end-user support and manage end-user IT equipment lifecycle

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in network and laptop support
  • Experience in vendor management, IT procurement and end-user support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong team-oriented mindset

Note: This is a 2-year contract position. The earliest start date is 1 December 2025.
