Corporate Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Corporate Acquisition Manager** to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals interested in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate growth strategies. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, supporting acquisition processes, and ensuring smooth integration of new partnerships or entities. Key Responsibilities

**Business Development & Acquisition Support**
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets through market research and analysis
- Support due diligence processes, including financial, legal, and operational assessments
- Assist in preparing business cases, valuation models, and acquisition proposals
- Collaborate with senior management in negotiations and deal structuring

**Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, partners, and acquisition prospects
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) to ensure seamless deal execution
- Provide ongoing support during post-acquisition integration

**Market Research & Strategy**
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Provide insights and reports to guide strategic decision-making
- Contribute to long-term growth initiatives and expansion planning

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong interest in corporate finance, acquisitions, and business strategy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
