As the Senior Executive, IT (Digital Applications), you will play a key role in the development, maintenance, and support of IT applications and digital systems, while also contributing to the development of application support processes and related IT governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business units to ensure IT solutions align with the group's overall strategy of the group.
  • Conduct requirement analysis, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of digital applications.
  • Provide application system support and manage user account administration.
  • Liaise with external IT vendors to ensure project delivery within established timelines, managing risks and resolving issues as needed.
  • Uphold standards and quality assurance across all deliverables.
  • Support contractual matters, vendor management, and procurement activities related to IT solutions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in application, SharePoint power apps and SQL development.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and IT procurement.
  • Familiarity with attraction ticketing POS, retail POS, F&B POS, or ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and make logical decisions.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
