Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end monthly payroll administration, including variable commissions and incentive payments, as well as time and attendance tracking.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation reports for bank accounts and payroll journals.
  • Submit payroll-related claims and manage the IR21 clearance process for foreign employees along with annual income declarations to tax authorities.
  • Generate payroll analytics reports to assist in compensation decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory tax requirements and CPF submissions.
  • Maintain meticulous payroll documentation to meet audit standards.
  • Manage salary payments in accordance with local labor regulations.
  • Administer time and attendance systems to accurately reflect employee work calendars and shift hours.
  • Serve as the key administrator for HR systems and leave management.
  • Handle all aspects of employee insurance and benefits programs, including corporate benefits and birthday vouchers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree qualification with a minimum of 5 years of relevant payroll experience.
  • Familiarity with Prosoft HR System will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the Employment Act and other local labor legislation.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
