Commercial Operations
- Manage and monitor daily gas nominations, offtakes, and scheduling to meet contractual obligations with downstream buyers
- Operate and maintain Gasco's nomination systems and portals, acting as duty manager on a rotational basis including coordination with buyers, and IT support
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a working knowledge of contractual and regulatory frameworks, including Gas Sales Agreements (GSAs), Terminal Use Agreements (TUAs), and other relevant licenses or obligations
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of billing and invoicing for accounts receivable and payable
- Be available to address and manage critical issues that arise outside of regular business hours
Contract Compliance & Regulatory Support
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and emergency protocols to ensure safe, compliant gas delivery
- Support compliance activities, including audits, regulatory submissions, and performance monitoring of upstream and downstream counterparties
Performance Monitoring & Reporting & Process Improvement
- Implement and maintain processes to monitor gas shipping and buyer performance, including nomination variances and contract compliance
- Utilize operational systems to track inventory, cargo movement, and send-out data
- Prepare and submit timely daily and weekly reports to the Commercial Operations Manager
- Assist in the development, testing, and enhancement of commercial operational systems, processes, and change management initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Energy-related, Engineering, Operations Management or related field
- Experience in operating Gas Sales Agreements, Terminal Use Agreements, Gas Transportation Agreements, and the Singapore Gas Network Code will be a strong advantage
- Operations background on terminal operations, gas connection, transportation and distribution; knowledge of quality and flow measurement preferred
- Familiar with Singapore's gas market and licensing framework is preferred
- Familiar with IT systems, database management and inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail, operational discipline, and ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
- Ability to work under pressure to manage operational emergencies Effective communication and coordination skills to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Minimally 1 years of experience in LNG/Gas operations, terminal operations, or commercial scheduling roles; experience with 24/7 operational readiness is preferred
