Get to Know the Role

We're looking for an intern in the Global Supply Chain Department. You will focus on visualizing and analyzing data using Power BI to create dashboards, as well as automating and generating regular reports that highlight key planning metrics and support decision-making. During the internship, you will learn foundational planning concepts in a manufacturing environment and develop practical dashboard design and reporting skills. Your work will directly contribute to improving data-driven decisions and ensuring our products are delivered to customers on time.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards that track key planning metrics.
• Extract and consolidate data from various stakeholders to populate dashboards and reports.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards that track key planning metrics
• Automating and generating regular reports summarizing supply-chain performance and highlighting areas for attention.
• Validate data integrity, identify discrepancies, and work with planners to resolve data-quality issues.
• Collaborate with supply-chain planners and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable visualizations.
• Present dashboard insights and report findings to stakeholders, recommending data-driven solutions to anticipated planning challenges.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests, using Power BI or Power Query features to drill into data and answer business questions.

Skills and Competencies Profile

Required Qualifications

• On-track to attaining Masters or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Interest and knowledge in supply chain and data analytics capabilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
• Able to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional team environment.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard design, DAX basics, and report distribution.
• Familiarity with Excel (PowerQuery, Lookup functions) and willingness to learn any other systems.
• Basic understanding of supply-chain planning concepts is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights clearly.
