Responsibilities
Job Description

  • Be a part of the team to transform creative briefs and concepts from internal stakeholders into visually compelling and effective creative assets (such as infographics, animated explainers, interview-style videos, podcasts and other multimedia content) as part of our internal communications and content marketing and strategies
  • Coordinate the end-to-end creative production process, from ideation (e.g. storyboarding, rough sketches) to final delivery
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on creative vision and project goals
  • Collaborate with team members on asset creation aligned to long-term employer branding vision for our social media (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook) and other platforms like job portals and career fairs
  • Create templates to support internal stakeholders in their own content creation
  • Ensure deliverables closely adhere to the overall Scoot corporate branding

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in graphic design, visual arts, 2d motion graphics, mass communication or related field
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
  • A keen interest in digital design and video production
  • Possesses creative flair, coupled with versatility and adaptability

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, after effects, premiere pro) or similar tools (Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
