As a Field Marketing Managerat GTreasury, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing regional field marketing initiatives and ABM campaigns for your territory. You'll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and partner teams to design high-impact programs that engage target accounts, accelerate the sales cycle, and build GTreasury's presence in key markets.

This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring creativity, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering results. You'll own your regional budget to host intimate executive experiences, manage our presence at industry events, execute targeted campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth, and design creative engagement strategies that break through the noise with high-value prospects.

  • Optimism and curiosity: Optimism will allow you to see the solution through the constraints, and curiosity will allow you to chart the path to success.
  • Question asking and problem solving: Success plans are never the same for each customer, and so "the magic" lies in asking the right questions and translating into a plan that shows value.
  • Kind, thoughtful, and respectful with a growth mindset: It is all, always about the people and the team. We're looking for somebody who knows that software is a team sport, who values collaboration, and who is always growing and seeking to improve their own skills.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute a regional field marketing strategy aligned with global marketing objectives and sales goals
  • Plan, manage, and host regional events, including executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, and webinars to engage prospects and customers
  • Build and execute targeted campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth in your territory
  • Own and manage regional marketing budget to maximize ROI and pipeline impact
  • Represent GTreasury at key industry conferences and trade associations

  • Design and implement ABM strategies to support high-value accounts, creating personalized programs to drive engagement and conversions with CFOs and Treasurers at enterprise companies
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify target accounts, tailor messaging, and design account-specific campaigns
  • Develop creative engagement tactics including direct mail campaigns, thoughtful gifting strategies, executive door openers, and memorable giveaways that resonate with finance executives
  • Partner with content and product marketing teams to develop assets such as landing pages, emails, and personalized outreach materials for ABM programs
  • Leverage Zoominfo intent data to identify buying signals and prioritize marketing investments
  • Execute multi-touch ABM plays that combine digital, direct mail, gifting, and event experiences to drive account progression

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with regional sales teams, product marketing, and the broader marketing organization to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure flawless campaign execution, tracking, and reporting
  • Provide insights and feedback from the field to inform future marketing strategies and product positioning
  • Coordinate with global events team on large-scale conference presence and activations

Program Measurement and Reporting

  • Monitor the performance of field and ABM campaigns, analyzing metrics such as pipeline contribution, ROI, qualified contacts, and engagement rates
  • Provide detailed post-campaign reporting and actionable insights to sales leadership and marketing stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate campaign tracking in HubSpot/Salesforce with proper attribution
  • Continuously refine campaigns based on data-driven insights to optimize performance and outcomes

Skills & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or demand generation, preferably within SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software
  • Proven event planning and execution experience, including managing logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site event coordination
  • BDR/SDR or sales development background preferred - understanding of prospecting, outreach, and sales collaboration dynamics
  • Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing programs that deliver measurable pipeline results
  • Experience working with enterprise sales teams targeting C-level executives
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams

  • Budget management experience with demonstrated ability to prove marketing ROI
  • Creative mindset with experience designing memorable engagement tactics (gifting, direct mail, experiential marketing)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of ABM experience with familiarity with ABM tools like 6sense or Demandbase
  • Experience marketing to CFOs, Treasurers, Controllers, or finance personas
  • Knowledge of treasury management, payments, or financial technology solutions
  • Understanding of regional business practices and compliance considerations
  • A data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools
  • Experience with AI-powered content tools (Jasper, Tofu) or marketing automation at scale
  • Familiarity with gifting platforms (Sendoso, Reachdesk, Alyce) or direct mail vendors
