Job Responsibilities
- Assist with providing solutions to inbound customer inquiries through effective problem solving and decision making
- Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets under little to no direct supervision
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work under limited supervision and seek out advancement opportunities
- Proven ability to creatively solve problems
GCE N Level 2 years' working experience (without NITEC or Higher NITEC)
- GCE N Level NITEC or Higher NITEC (fresh graduate)
- GCE O Level (fresh graduate)
- GCE A Levels
- Fresh Polytechnic Diploma holder
- Fresh Degree holder
- Experienced (> 2 years)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to $3,700.00 per month
