Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track performance.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing and operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of SQL/Python is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Work Schedule & Benefits

  • 5-day work week: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break).
