Duties:

  • Assist the Cook with meal preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting and chopping fruits, vegetables, poultry and meat.
  • Receive, organize and correctly store food supplies in accordance with food safety standards.
  • Prepare basic items such as soups, porridge and hot beverages.
  • Wash and properly store all kitchen equipment, utensils, cutting boards and dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation areas and kitchen floors, following established sanitation procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience working in a kitchen environment.
  • Able to commit to a 6-day work week, with 8-hour shifts per day.
  • Demonstrates basic knife skills and food preparation techniques.
  • Holds a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • A reliable team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
