Tenancy & Maintenance Executive

Key Responsibilities
· Tenant Helpline Management, providing courteous, prompt and solution-oriented service.
· Respond to all incoming tenant requests and issues via helpline (phone, WhatsApp, or email).
· Record and track all cases in a systematic log.
· Submit repairs and expense approvals to the Client.
· Follow up on approval status and update stakeholders accordingly.
· Schedule and coordinate appointments between tenants and approved contractors for repairs and servicing.
· Ensure timely follow-up on completion and quality of works.
· Provide tenants with basic troubleshooting advice for common property maintenance issues (e.g., aircon, power trips, plumbing).
· Escalate complex cases to appropriate professionals.
· Administrative Support
· Comfortable with using various apps for works monitoring / requisition, etc.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance jobs, approvals, and inspection results.
· Conduct thorough inspections for tenant check-in and check-out.
· Prepare condition reports with photographic evidence.
· Coordinate rectification works post-inspection.
Requirements
· Proficient in using Outlook, Word, Excel as well as Workflow / Cloud-Based Apps
· Strong communication and coordination skills.
· Service-oriented with a calm, helpful demeanor.
· Familiarity with residential property maintenance issues.
· Detail-oriented and organised.
· Prior experience in property management or facilities coordination preferred.
· Willing to work occasional evenings/weekends for (2-3 hours), with off-in-lieu.
· Good command of written and spoken English
