Regional HSEQ Manager (LNG / LPG Fleet)

The Opportunity:

Adecco is seeking a qualified HSEQ Manager for a client in the ship management company. This role will be responsible to manage Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) projects.

The Job:

  • Support the implementation of the Company's Safety Management System, including accident investigation
  • Collaborate on the development and maintenance of the HSEQ module in smartPAL
  • Monitor and analyze HSEQ objectives and KPIs for fleet performance improvement
  • Assist with certification processes and day-to-day crewing issues
  • Support the implementation of a digital platform to ensure compliance and tracking of HSEQ performance

The Talent:

  • Possession of Deck Class 1 Certificate of Competency
  • Experience as a Master on Merchant LNG or LPG vessels with 10 years' shore experience
  • Proficiency in ISM, ISPS, MLC, TMSA, SIRE, and ISO standards
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and BI tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
