Job description

  • Able to search, prepare & submit tender;
  • Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off;
  • Able to advise competitive costing for the tender;
  • Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers;
  • Analyze cost comparison between trades;
  • Analyze & handle contract matters;
  • Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts, settlement, and sub-contractor payments;
  • All other QS related jobs (assist the project team to sun projects)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $3, $4,500.00 per month
