To report to the Commercial Manager or team leader as shown in the organization chart

Responsible for the assigned or related project tasks and responsibilities

Preparing RFQ's and forwarding it to relevant subcontractors / suppliers / agents

Preparing BOM, analysis reports and comparative statements

Coordinate with Architectural, Civil, Structure teams for the MEP VO evaluation and Submission

Prepare the VO Evaluation claimed by MEP Subcontractor

Prepare the MEP Monthly claim to the Client

Negotiation with Subcon and Supplier to get the best offer

Review & estimate the cost of MEP services before tender submission

Explore more MEP resource for Materials, Subcon and Suppliers

Handle ad-hoc matters as assigned by the Commercial Manager which are necessary for the execution of the project

Job Requirement:

Minimum diploma and above in MEP Engineering disciplines

Fully understand the Building MEP System

At least 5 years of working experience in building and construction projects on MEP aspects

Working knowledge in Singapore Code, MEP design and material selection etc

Good communication skill
