**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Contract manager in conducting Cost estimates, cost planning, and cost management.
- Prepare contracts and documents.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurement
- Assist in budget preparation and cost presentation
- Assist in billings
- Evaluate progress payment and VOs and cost-benefit analysis
- Perform variation order
- To verify subcontractors’ / suppliers’ monthly progressive claims and obtain approval before proceeding to prepare payment certificates.
- Handle all contract matters
- Coordinate with the Client's consultant in any project matters

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying
- 5 years of work experience as a Quantity Surveyor in HDB A&A project
- Experience in HDB projects will be an added advantage
- Responsible, positive work attitude and good leadership skills
- Able to commence work with short notice

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
