We're Hiring: Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Interior Fit-Out Works

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects
  • Evaluate quotations, manage procurement, and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations
  • Conduct site measurements, valuations, and progress claims
  • Support project managers in ensuring projects are delivered within budget and timeline

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience (Interior fit-out work experience will be an added advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of costing, contracts, and procurement processes
  • Proficient in MS Office and measurement software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX is a plus)
  • Good communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
