Quantity Surveyor

5 days (Mon-Fri)

Location: Novena

Basic Salary: $4000 - $5000

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit tender quotations, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Perform quantity take-offs and update tender amendments as needed.
  • Source quotations and technical data during tender preparation.
  • Arrange tender interviews and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Draft and issue sub-contract agreements or letters of award.
  • Monitor progress claims, payments, and certification processes.
  • Manage variation order (VO) submissions and track approvals.
  • Finalize accounts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Skilled in using measurement software for quantity take-offs and tender preparation.
  • Knowledge of quantity surveying in the construction industry
