About the Role

BHD CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of construction contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, bills of quantities, and related documentation
  • Monitor project costs and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders
  • Identify and manage potential cost overruns, variations, and claims
  • Provide expert advice to project managers and the wider construction team
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, laws, and company policies

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction management discipline
  • Chartered / Professional Quantity Surveyor status preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, claims management, and cost control
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
