  • Prepare file closings and perform account reconciliations as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of bank-related documents.
  • Prepare month-end closing activities and year-end audit processes.

  • Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records.

  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.

  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

  • Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
