About the position:
This position is responsible for the co-management of the Sales/Operations Team (Exhibitions, Events & Fine Arts) and formulation of sales targets & strategies.
- Carrying out administrative task (Opening of job files)
- Billing support (Preparing and sending of invoices)
- Maintaining and updating records
- Coordinating with the team to ensure accuracy with the billing
- Ordering office suppliers (Preparing POs)
- Administrative support on site
- Managing and organizing team's documents
- Handle operations on site planning of resources (equipment / manpower)
- To conduct a Pre-Show & Post-Show Review
- Expedite exhibitors/ agents for additional documents
- Co-ordinate warehousing requirements
- Site office set up and functions
- Collection of payment on-site
- Fax or email clearance advice & pre-alert for returns
- Site office support
To be successful in this role you will require the following:
- Proficiency with MS office
- Basic mathematics skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Good organizational skills
- Strong time management skills
- Communication skills between teammates and clients.
- A good team player and able to work with different stakeholders
