Role Overview

As an integral member of the Human Resources team, you will play a key role in driving the strategic alignment of HR initiatives with the organisation's business objectives. We seek proactive, forward-thinking professionals passionate about people-related initiatives, ready to serve as trusted strategic partners to leadership in the assigned departments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Partnership
    • Collaborate with HR teams and senior leaders to drive HR initiatives and organisational changes.
    • Analyse HR metrics and data to provide insights for decision-making.
  2. Talent Acquisition
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment, from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding, ensuring optimal resourcing to support business goals.
    • Work with stakeholders to anticipate hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  3. Employee Experience
    • Serve as the primary contact for employees in assigned units, addressing HR matters and fostering a positive employee experience.
    • Handle complex employee relations issues and conflicts.
Candidate Profile
  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data analysis skills for informed decision-making.
  • Resilient, adaptable team player with resourcefulness.
  • Experience with Workday, RPA, Chatbots, or Macro programming is a plus.
