
Trust Admin Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Support on setting up trust and incorporation of a company for new Clients, to include drafting the Trust Deed, Letter of Wishes
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Trust structures and managing client relationships
- Ensure regulatory compliances of the Trust structures are adhered to: FATCA & CRS reporting, Economic Substance filing, Annual Return and any other applicable reporting requirements
- Support on company' operational matters: invoice billing and collection, external and internal audit, applicable regulatory reporting such as preparation of Form 6
- To be a member of Client Acceptance Committee
- Acting as signatory for Trust structures
- Acting as Resident Manager and Company Secretary for company
- And any other ad-hoc duties that would be reasonably required in this role.
Job Requirements:
- Degree with relevant professional qualification (STEP is preferred) together with a minimum of ten years' relevant experience in the Trust industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position
- Able to work both independently and/or in the team
- Excellent communication skills and professional mannerism to liaise with various intermediaries
