What the role is

You assist in managing MINDEF/SAF's heritage assets, including artefacts, buildings, and community engagement, while supporting heritage preservation initiatives and audits.

What you will be working on

  • Manage heritage artefacts
  • Support conservation of heritage buildings
  • Engage with heritage community
  • Coordinate with Services' Sergeant Majors, Master Chiefs and HR personnel
  • Assist in heritage initiatives and events
  • Support heritage asset audits
  • Promote military heritage preservation

  • Coordinating with diverse stakeholders

What we are looking for

  • Education in History, Heritage Science/Studies or any related field with demonstrated heritage domain knowledge
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in heritage sector, project management or outreach and engagement is preferred
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Multi-tasking abilities
