REQUIREMENTS 

  • Minimum 4 years of retail management experience in beauty, FMCG, or luxury environment; experience with beauty devices or skincare brands preferred.

  • Proven ability to drive sales and manage a team.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Knowledge of retail KPIs, inventory, and store operations.

  • Genuine interest and appreciation for beauty technology and luxury retail trends.

  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, retail, or relevant fields is an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, team management, and adherence to company policies.

  • Deliver and exceed retail sales targets through effective team leadership, customer engagement, and execution of corporate strategies.

  • Recruit, develop, coach, and motivate high-performing beauty advisors, conducting regular training and performance reviews.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring all clients receive expert consultations on FAQ SwissTM and FOREO devices and skincare

  • Execute visual merchandising guidelines and maintain cleanliness and appeal of the store.

  • Manage inventory and stock control, including ordering, receiving, and conducting regular cycle counts to minimize shrinkage.

  • Analyze sales performance and submit relevant reports to HQ, utilizing KPIs to constantly improve results.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams for in-store activations, new launches, and promotional campaigns.

  • Handle customer concerns, inquiries, and after-sales service with professionalism and brand care.

  • Plan monthly staff rosters, ensuring full coverage and efficient store management.

  • Maintain compliance with Takashimaya and FOREO corporate standards and policies.

  • May be required to support administrative task in the office from time to time.

  • All other activities according to Supervisor request on behalf of job position requirements
