**Position**: Assistant Counter Manager (Beauty Retail)

**Salary**: $2,600 and above + Monthly Sales Commission + Incentive + Allowance + AWS

**Location**: Multiple Locations

**Responsibilities**:
Handle general operations of the store and ensure that it is execute in an efficient way.
Driving Sales & KPI’s to meet Monthly sales targets and other business objectives.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service.
Provide beauty advice and skin care advice to customers.
Ensure proper management and organization techniques.
Motivate, lead and coaching the team to develop individual potential.
Identify and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on customer preferences.
Keep boutique stores clean and tidy.
Adhere to brand grooming standards to display a professional demeanour.

**Requirements**:
At least 2-3 years of boutique management experience.
Passion in make-up and sales driven.
Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Multitasking while providing professional customer service.
Good knowledge on make-up and skin care retails experience will be an added advantage.
