Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and managing internal communication.
  • Liaise with logistics, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless order processing and fulfilment.
  • Assist in managing client communication via phone and email to maintain strong relationships and ensure prompt follow-ups.
  • Attend select client meetings with senior team members to gain exposure to professional relationship management.
  • Accurately process sales inquiries and orders using internal systems and tools.
  • Ensure the sales team has access to necessary materials, samples, and presentation aids.
  • Address customer feedback and minor issues by collaborating with relevant departments for timely resolution.
  • Monitor post-sale interactions and follow up to gauge service satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer information and sales activities.
  • Identify and propose improvements to internal processes based on daily operational experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Must be comfortable to transition into a Sales role which involves sourcing and meeting clients
