About This Role: 

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and growing Fireye's business in the region, supporting and developing the existing channel and key customer in the Oil & Gas, utilities, and industrial sectors. The KAM will identify new sales opportunities, lead strategic partnerships, and support technical sales across Fireye's product portfolio. This role is remote, with an expected travel commitment of up to 50% within the assigned region (APAC except China, Taiwan, and India). Occasional travel outside the assigned region may be required.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary contact for partners and customers across the assigned region, particularly in HVAC, oil & gas, utilities, petrochemical, and industrial sectors. 
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, OEMs, and engineering consultants. 
  • Engage with key end users to ensure Fireye is the Approved Vendor List (AVL) and products are specified, approved, and preferred in bids. 
  • Proactively pursue opportunities to develop customer base as well as network of partners in line with the Fireye's growth strategy.  
  • Understand customer business needs and recommend Fireye's combustion control solutions accordingly. 
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet regional targets and support corporate growth initiatives. 
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and market intelligence to  FIreye management. 
  • Identify and respond to RFPs/RFQs: lead bid preparation, proposal submissions, and negotiations according to commercial and pricing policies. 
  • Coordinate with internal product, engineering, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Represent Fireye at industry events, expos, and trade shows in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region. 
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and safety standards in all engagements. 

 Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline is preferred. 
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and customer and channel relationship management,  
  • Minimum 5–7 years of B2B technical sales. 
  • Industry knowledge in burner management systems, boiler controls, or industrial automation is highly preferred.    
  • Proven ability to develop customer accounts and exceed sales targets. 
  • English language proficiency; any additional language is an advantage. 
  • Willingness to travel within the region (~50%).
