Administrative Supervisor – Art Training Academy

About the Role
The company is seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Supervisor to join their Art Training Academy. This full-time role is based in Dhoby Ghaut, Central Region, and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the academy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and supervise the administrative staff, ensuring efficient and effective daily operations
- Oversee the processing of student applications, enrolments, and general enquiries
- Coordinate class scheduling, timetabling, and room allocation
- Maintain accurate student records and databases
- Assist with the planning and organisation of student events and activities
- Provide administrative support to the Academy Director and teaching staff as required
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirement
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative supervisory role, preferably in an educational or training environment (preferred)
- Solid experience in administrative and operational management in a training institution
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and database management, and other office softwares
- Sales skills will be an advantage
- Willing to undergo company training
- Hardworking, resilient, and not calculative
- Highly self-motivated and discipline, detail-oriented and patient
- Caring, responsible, with a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude
Remuneration
- Basic salary
- Commission/bonus based on performance
- Overtime pay
Working hours
- 8 hours per day
- 4 days off per month
