Roles & Responsibilities About the Role The company is seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Supervisor to join their Art Training Academy. This full-time role is based in Dhoby Ghaut, Central Region, and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the academy. What You'll Be Doing Manage and supervise the administrative staff, ensuring efficient and effective daily operations Oversee the processing of student applications, enrolments, and general enquiries Coordinate class scheduling, timetabling, and room allocation Maintain accurate student records and databases Assist with the planning and organisation of student events and activities Provide administrative support to the Academy Director and teaching staff as required Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirement What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative supervisory role, preferably in an educational or training environment (preferred) Solid experience in administrative and operational management in a training institution Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and database management, and other office softwares Sales skills will be an advantage Willing to undergo company training Hardworking, resilient, and not calculative Highly self-motivated and discipline, detail-oriented and patient Caring, responsible, with a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude Remuneration Basic salary Commission/bonus based on performance Overtime pay Working hours 8 hours per day 4 days off per month Tell employers what skills you have OutlookCustomer Service OrientedMicrosoft OfficeMicrosoft ExcelTeachingTimetablingCustomer RelationshipsData Entrydaily operationAdministrative SupportTeam PlayerSchedulingDatabases
