**About The Role**:

FDM Group is looking for an Academy Administrator responsible for the day-to-day running and operations of our Asia academy (Singapore, Hong Kong and China). The Academy Administrator plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth running of the training cycle by continuously improving processes, so that information is being collated, logged and stored in the most organized and efficient way possible. Reporting directly to the Asia Academy Manager, you are a crucial point of contact for both trainees and trainers and will be required to multitask, prioritize and liaise with various departments including Sales, Recruitment and HR.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for a smooth pre-onboarding process - setting up trainee accounts and providing access to the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Support Academy Manager with coordinating training schedules
- Onboarding of new trainees using Salesforce and the Delegate Management System (DMS)
- Book, coordinate and invigilate external exams as needed
- Review and upload trainee CV’s
- Assist trainees with soft skill interview preparation prior to client interviews
- Support signed-off trainees as well as returning (‘beached’) consultants to ensure fast transition to their next client placement
- Deal with enquiries and liaise between the Recruitment team, Sales team and trainers to coordinate calendars and appointments
- Address loan requests and manage stock of academy laptops and building passes
- Generate reports regarding the status of the academy and its trainees
- Monitor trainee attendance using the DMS, authorizing absence requests as appropriate and highlighting any attendance concerns to Academy Management and HR
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular system housekeeping e.g. test scores, trainee feedback
- Effectively monitor day-to-day progress of all trainees and flag any performance concerns with relevant management
- Document all processes relevant to the role and ensure consistency across academies
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
**About You**:

- 2+ years of relevant administration experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in an efficient way
- Ability to work with multiple and diverse stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Excellent verbal and written command of English
- A passion for technology and continuous education (desirable)
- A business or related bachelor’s degree (desirable)
