Roles & Responsibilities Roles and responsibilities You will be primarily responsible for effective running of the training administration and assessment functions at Aesthetics International Academy. Responsibilities: · Reply to queries from the public on training and accreditation matters via all channels · Preparing tools and documents needed by students/ educators for pre-course orientation, course duration and graduation · Assisting the school leaders in maintaining positive relationships with the schools’ stakeholders, such as students, parents, educators, etc · Handle training enquiries from the client and staff, including student requests, feedback and queries · Assisting in the school’s financial operations, including collection of finances, processing of payments and claims, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. · Assisting in procurement matters and processes, as required by the school. Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate · Manage all funding related matters with SSG/WSG and ensuring compliance with Private Education Regulations · Assisting in internal and external audit · Support the academy in human resource management · Ensure the tardiness and cleanliness of the school premises · Any other administrative duties as assigned Requirements: · Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience · Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality and professionalism · Ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly · Strong interpersonal, organisation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well in teams · Familiar with training and administrative polices e.g SSG Funding processes, setting up course runs on TPGateway · Competent in Microsoft applications and TPGateway preferred Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
