**Responsibilities**:
- To assist the Manager in the implementation of Customer Service
- Receive and attend to customers enquiry, feedback, and complaints.
- Analyze customers request, complaints, channel to relevant staff for follow-up action, and ensure all cases are attended to promptly.
- Assist in quotation, work order processing request from Sales department.
- Follow up on long outstanding invoices with customer.
- Implementation of customer service and appreciation program
- Develop, implement and monitor suitable activities e.g., Seminar, Bowling events and program to reward, build rapport and provide value-added service to the customers
- Application of Customer Relations Management
- Visit to existing customers to solicit feedback and to promote new service to customer
- Digital marketing service support
- Maintenance and monitoring of Website
- Development and setting up of Digital marketing platform to existing subscribers and business associates.
- Follow up attendance to customers' request from Website.
- Responsible for overall safety performance when executing daily works
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Knowledge in Ecommerce would be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Immediate starter is preferred
