Job Responsibilities
Customer Service (Freight Booking)
  • Handle customer enquiries, service requests, and shipment bookings (air/sea).
  • Liaise with carriers, customers, and internal operations to arrange freight schedules.
  • Coordinate shipping documents such as BL, AWB, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Follow up on cargo status and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure smooth shipment handling from booking to delivery.
Billing (Freight Forwarding)
  • Prepare and issue billing invoices for freight, handling charges, and related services.
  • Verify job files, costing, and supporting documents before billing submission.
  • Work closely with operations and finance to ensure billing accuracy and timely invoicing.
  • Handle billing discrepancies, credit/debit note requests, and customer billing enquiries.
  • Maintain proper records and support month-end closing activities.
Job Requirements
  • GCE 'O'/'A' Level or Diploma in Logistics, Business, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in freight forwarding, customer service, or billing is preferred.
  • Knowledge of air/sea freight operations and shipping documentation is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with freight forwarding systems is a plus.
