As an Executive - Medical Services, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Support the Medical Services team with tasks like preparing reports and communicating with others.
- Create staff schedules and make sure resources are used effectively at medical centres.
- Help plan and attend meetings, send agendas, take notes, and follow up on tasks.
- Visit sites regularly for checks and staff briefings.
- Keep track of BCLS and AED certifications for all medical staff.
- Do other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Degrees in healthcare related
- Experience in healthcare settings in an administrative role
