What you'll be doing

  • Support AR billing, collections, and payment arrangements with patients and payors
  • Process vendor invoices, staff claims, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist in monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing activities
  • Prepare audit schedules and provide support during internal and external audits
  • Monitor funding utilisation to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Contribute to finance system enhancements and process improvement initiatives
  • Undertake other administrative and ad-hoc finance duties as assigned

What we're looking for

  • Diploma level in Accounting/ Finance related studies
  • 2 years of finance working experience, preferably in healthcare or shared services
  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and SAP (FI-CO and ISH), and data visualisation tools
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment
