What you'll be doing

  • Manage accounts receivable activities including billing, payment arrangements, and timely collection and posting of receipts
  • Process vendor invoices, staff claims, and ensure accurate payments and reconciliations of vendor statements
  • Prepare and review journal entries, audit schedules, and monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts
  • Liaise with auditors and stakeholders to address variances, findings, and data requests efficiently
  • Monitor funding utilisation, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards
  • Support finance system implementation, process automation, and change management initiatives
  • Continuously assess and enhance financial and administrative workflows for greater accuracy and productivity
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties to support finance and operational excellence

What we're looking for

  • Diploma level or above in Accountancy/ Finance or relevant studies
  • 2 - 4 years of similar working experience, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Strong foundation in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with exposure to Costing and Pricing functions
  • Highly analytical, meticulous, and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SAP (FI-CO and ISH), Microsoft Office, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
