Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for online social media platforms

  • Engage with potential customers over communication channels

  • Post ads and monitor sales and review sales strategies

  • Upload visual and video content to designated platforms (TikTok, Instagram, and others) in a timely manner.

  • Ensure uniformity and brand consistency in all content across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, including tone, style, and messaging.

  • Verify that all photo and video content adheres to the specific technical requirements and guidelines of each platform, such as resolution, aspect ratio, and file formats.

  • Develop, execute, and manage a content calendar for scheduling and posting on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of uploaded content on each platform using analytics tools, focusing on metrics like views, likes, shares, and comments.

  • Research and track relevant social media trends, popular hashtags, and platform algorithms (e.g., TikTok's "For You" page, Instagram Reels) to enhance audience engagement and content visibility.

  • Actively engage with online audiences by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, fostering positive relationships and brand loyalty.

  • Evaluate and report on the performance of social media campaigns, including tracking engagement levels, audience growth, and conversion rates across all platforms.

  • Keep up-to-date with emerging digital tools, new platform features (e.g., TikTok effects, Instagram Stories), digital marketing trends, and innovative technologies, and share actionable insights with the team.

  • Stay informed about the latest trends in social media, creator tools (e.g., video editing software, trend forecasting tools), and platform best practices specific to TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

Requirement:

  • Relevant degree

  • Good organizational and analytical skills

  • Meticulous

  • Experience in social media channels and engagement

  • Deep understanding of social media trends and platforms

  • Good interpersonal and time management skills

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin

  • Able to work independently

  • Proficiency in video editing, design software and AI tools
