**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Communication**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing information about the firm's services.
- **Query Resolution**:
- Assist clients with various queries related to accounting services, billing, and general inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promptly and accurately address client concerns and provide effective solutions.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate and organized client records, ensuring that all relevant information is documented in the firm's systems.
- Process client requests, update records, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- **Client Onboarding**:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, collecting necessary documentation and information.
- Ensure a smooth transition for clients by coordinating with relevant departments and guiding them through the initial setup.
- **Billing and Invoicing Support**:
- Assist clients with billing inquiries, provide explanations of invoices, and coordinate with the billing department as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- **Feedback Collection**:
- Gather client feedback on services provided and relay relevant information to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and assess customer satisfaction levels, striving to exceed client expectations.
- **Collaboration with Accounting Teams**:
- Work closely with internal accounting teams to understand client needs and ensure seamless communication.
- Collaborate on special projects and initiatives to enhance client experience and service delivery.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably within the accounting or professional services industry.
- Strong communication in both Mandarin & English and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Salary**: $2, $3,800.00 per month
