About the role

Witflux Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic construction team. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations on our construction sites located in the Yishun North Region. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating and supervising the activities of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
  • Monitoring site progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the construction process
  • Communicating effectively with the project manager, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Providing guidance and support to the construction team, including training and development

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role
  • Proven track record of successfully coordinating and managing construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and lead by example
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
