An established company has a few openings for in-house Site Supervisor/Senior Civil Technical Officer to manage their own Buildings construction projects. You will assist Superintending officer in managing building construction projects and subsequent maintenance of the buildings in Tuas. There will be opportunity to experience the full building life cycle from design, planning, construction to maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision on construction works, especially architectural works and M&E installation
  • Monitor, keep track and follow up construction progress against planned progress
  • To perform regular site safety inspections
  • Assist in QA/QC for the task performed
  • To ensure construction methods are in accordance with approved Method Statements
  • Liaise with RE/RTO on inspection of structural works.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders on facilities requirement to ensure operationality, functionality and ease of maintenance

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Facilities Maintenance or Building Services
  • 5 years of either project management experience in the construction industry or facilities maintenance experience in commercial/industrial buildings
  • Experience in construction of building projects with architectural finishes and M&E installation work is preferred
  • Knowledge of Building Information Modelling will be an advantage
