Job description

Panel Plus Company Limited is Wood Substitute Material Industry. Which established in 1990 as a subsidiary of Mitr Phol Group (The third largest sugar company in the world.) Panel Plus operates the business of manufacturing and distributing Particle Board, MDF board and melamine-coated panel with high technology and friendly to environment. Recently, we decided to establish new lines of production to produce melamine paper and melamine faced chipboard to serve customers with a wider range of demands. In addition, the company received the best employer award for 2 consecutive years (2017 / 2018).

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute marketing and sales strategies to meet sales targets, statistical reports and expand market share to strengthen distribution channels

  • and build robust relationships with all customers level.

  • Handling of local retailers, medium carpentries, office furniture , door makers and trading company.

  • Oversee debt collections and credit controls to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Support the Manager in all levels of marketing matters others duties when assigned.
  • Support the admin in stocks level to maintain a healthy delivery, deliver arrangements and constant correspondence with HQ on all stocks matters.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the building materials or construction industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
