Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare journal vouchers, audit schedules, bank reconciliations, and verify cash count reconciliation reports from clinics.
  • Assist in the timely closure of month-end and year-end accounts, including preparation of monthly/quarterly reports for submission to external agencies.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits, coordinate with HQ departments on workflows and queries, and work with external parties to monitor and resolve discrepancies in reports.
  • Perform verification tasks, including invoice checking and data reconciliation between patient systems and SAP.
  • Issue monthly invoices to intercompany entities and external parties.
  • Support Finance Executives in preparing financial reports.
  • Collaborate with IT on system enhancements, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and participate in system implementation projects.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within stipulated deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/LCCI or equivalent.
  • Min. of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with a curious mindset, good business acumen, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • A collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
