About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive (Accounts Receivable) to our Client. The role is responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections, accurate reporting, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily AR collections and update records in the financial/ERP system.
  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders to resolve collection issues.
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices, debit notes, and statements of accounts.
  • Provide timely and accurate AR information to business units.
  • Support month-end closing including journals, schedules, and reconciliations.
  • Reconcile inter-company balances and outstanding bank items.
  • Assist with audits, accruals, and year-end closing.
  • Participate in digitalisation and process improvement projects.
  • Perform other ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant AR/finance experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP Hana) is an advantage.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
