Job Description:

  • Support daily procurement activities and accurately enter budget data, ensuring compliance with financial procedures and maintaining detailed records.
  • Assist in developing the division's proposed budget by consolidating inputs from multiple sources, with a strong understanding of budget structures, allocation, and utilisation.
  • Track budget inputs and contribute to planning, procurement, and review meetings, while preparing clear and accurate financial reports with a focus on data integrity.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and assess budget performance, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective budget utilisation and reporting.
  • Support office-wide transformation initiatives and communicate financial insights and procurement updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirement:

  • Minimally Degree in Business and Finance preferred
  • Minimally 2-3 year of administrative experience
