Customer Service / Front Desk
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and front desk administration.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Assist in customer service tasks, including addressing complaints or requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Call Centre Customer Service
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document and update customer records, interactions, and case details in the system.
- Follow call scripts, quality standards, and company guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Prior experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles is a plus.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic office systems.
- Able to commit working on weekends
