About the Role
We are seeking Front Desk / Telemarketing / Call Centre Executives to handle customer interactions, inbound/outbound calls, and front desk duties. This role is suitable for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Attend to customers and manage front desk reception duties
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Conduct telemarketing or follow-up calls as required
- Schedule appointments and maintain call or customer records
- Update customer information in systems and databases
- Support administrative tasks related to customer service
- Minimum GCE "O" Level or equivalent
- Prior experience in front desk, telemarketing, or call center role is an advantage
- Good verbal communication skills and customer service mindset
- Comfortable with phone-based work
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Salary up to $3,000
