Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Partner the Business Leader to translate business agendas/ objectives into HR strategic roadmap to enable business success
  • Provide advisory and coaching to line managers and employees on all people related agenda
  • Lead the design and execution of key people initiatives including organization effectiveness, capability building, critical workforce planning and succession planning
  • Work closely with management and employees to build a high performing culture and positive employee experience
  • Analyze people trends and metrics to uncover insights to support growth and retention
  • Resolve both transactional and complex employee relations issues and addresses grievances, if any

Requirements

  • Degree in Business or Human Resource Management. Additional HR qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience. Proven experience as a senior HR leader or similar role in a fast-growth environment will be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of labor legislations and HR best practices
  • Is a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment
