Freshfields is hiring a Business Development Executive to support its Dispute Resolution (DR) practice group in Asia (based in Singapore). You'll help execute on marketing strategies, create compelling pitches, and manage practice-specific content - all in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Bachelor's degree + experience in professional organisations (legal, accountancy, technology, consultancy, corporates, etc.)

Role Summary

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be an integral member of our global DR team, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and colleagues . You'll leverage your expertise in business development to help deliver impactful marketing plans, compelling pitches, and engaging content. You'll use technology to analyse trends, identify opportunities, and measure success. Your role is crucial in enhancing our global reputation and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help execute a focused marketing and business development plan for the DR practice group.
  • Create compelling credentials, proposals, and pitches to win new work.
  • Help produce and manage practice-specific content, campaigns, and events.
  • Leverage technology to analyse trends and identify opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and MBD colleagues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in business development practices.

Key Requirements
