Job Title: Sales Consultant - BYD and Denza
Location: Ubi
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads and convert enquiries into test drives and closed sales.
- Understand and promote the unique selling points of BYD EVs, including technology, features, and environmental benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing professional and personalised service from enquiry to post-sale.
- Conduct thorough product presentations and test drives.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an up-to-date CRM database.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Collaborate with marketing and aftersales departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Keep updated on competitor offerings and EV trends.
- Assist in showroom operations and attend promotional events, roadshows, or corporate sales activities as required.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on electric vehicles preferred.
Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore automotive market and electric vehicle trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
